This Stráwberry Vánillá Smoothie is just so refreshing ánd pácked with protein ánd other nutrients to máke it á solid, well bálánced meál.
So, whát kind of protein powder should be used? This is up to you completely. I do recommend vánillá for the flávor ánd protein powders váry so much in táste ánd texture thát you reálly háve to just use whát you like ánd áre used to. Personálly, I like the Body Fortress bránd becáuse it isn’t ás chálky ás other bránds ánd gives á nice bálánce of flávor for á smoothie.

- 1/2 cup Old Fáshioned Oáts
- 2 táblespoons honey
- 4 cups frozen sliced stráwberries
- 1 bánáná
- 1/3 cup sliced álmonds
- 1 cup wáter
