I’ve got rather a style for cocktails recently, and this pink elephant is simply the most recent in a very long line of party tipples I’ve been combining up to share with you this winter.
It’s silly and filled with whimsy while conjointly having a forward very little kick to that. And most significantly it’s extremely, extremely tasty.
Glass of Pink Elephant Cocktail garnished with a slice of Lime and festive parcels on a grey and white background
It was inspired by the recent hamper of goodies I received from Fentimans, the maker of botanically brewed mixers and soft drinks. As soon as I opened the parcel, I couldn’t wait to jump right into the rose lemonade as it looked sooo pretty!
However before I could indulge, I needed to check out the entire collection. For all you gin lovers, you’re going to be in heaven with their range of tonics. Alongside your traditional premium Indian tonic water, there’s a light version which has 30% less sugar.
There’s also a pink grapefruit tonic and a botanical tonic water which contains an amazing array of natural flavourings from lime flower to lemongrass.
To complement the tonics there’s also a spicy ginger beer with muddled lime, a bitter lemonade and the one I’m using today, the rose lemonade.
