I venerate having a glass of gleaming wine or a sparkling blended beverage over the events. Regularly prosecco, anyway I do love a respectable Cava also! I figure most by far can agree that there is just something about bubbly which makes any celebration to some degree dynamically uncommon! Without a doubt, even the kids love something fairly sparkly, so I generally make them a little soft drink mocktail for them to appreciate.
A year back I shared my quick and basic Raspberry Mint Prosecco Cocktail and this year I was roused by pomegranates to make a pomegranate prosecco blended beverage. Really, I do have a pinch of theme going with the red and sparkling and I couldn't abstain from adding a couple of raspberries to the mix.
Red, sparkly refreshments which are moreover excessively rapid and basic have all the earmarks of being my thing during the Christmas season. They essentially feel reasonable! 🙂 Between the celebratory bubbly and the magnificent, red concealing you can't turn out gravely.
- 4 oz prosecco or other sparkling white wine
- 1-2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur such as Cointreau
- raspberries or pomegranate seeds
- optional: red sanding sugar
- If you want to give the drink a festive rim, pour some sanding sugar onto a plate. Then, wet the rim of the glass and rub the rim in the sanding sugar until the sugar has coated the rim.
- Pour the prosecco into a white wine or champagne glass. Add the pomegranate and orange liqueur. Give the drink a stir, then drop a few raspberries or pomegranate seeds into the glass.
