BEST VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE
Vegetarianism has blasted over the recent years and now I am seeing a similar pattern in veganism. Individuals are grasping the examination and the examples of overcoming adversity and need better wellbeing for themselves!

BLEND:
- 1 cup Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Raw Cashews
- ADD FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS ONE AT A TIME:
- 2 tsp Salt

- 1/3 cup Yeast Flakes
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cooked Potato, Peeled & Hot
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked Millet
INSTRUCTIONS :
Optional: To save time, cook millet in advance and freeze.
- Optional: Soak cashews in hot water for 10 minutes before putting in blender. (This makes them softer, giving your cheese sauce a smooth texture.)
- Peel and dice potato. Place in a glass bowl and cover with water. Put in microwave for 8-10 minutes.
- Blend hot water and cashews. Add remaining ingredients one at a time.
- Blend until you are happy with the consistency.
